On Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 4:00 P.M., a Special Assessment Meeting of the Board of Directors of Colonial Ridge Maintenance Corporation, Inc. will be held remotely by Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to vote on a special assessment to pay for Colonial Ridge Club’s portion of a new injection well for the Colonial Crown Manor Disposal Systems (WWTP). This will be the first of two special assessments for this project, the second to come later in 2023 or early 2024.
